Group Trampolin has an updated department of urbanism able to manage and to decide correctly on the city-planning development undertaken by this great company. But to understand well what we are speaking about it is advisable to know what is really urbanism.
Urbanism has as an element of its study focusing on the cities, from a holistica perspective being at the forefront the responsibility to direct urban systems towards a sustainable development. It is a very old technique that contains multidisciplinary concepts and an area of practice of very ample and complex study. Therefore it is, according to some, science, and according to other sets of practices, that has the mission to provide the fundamental bases to be able to solve the problems of the cities, concerning as for example, physical configuration like dynamics of activities economic and social, acting by means of Urban Planning, that the model of the city defines using city planning management, that as a model will define the execution or urban design. The measures that establish the plans must be made compatible with the deprived area/ property and this is the reason why the legal dimension of urbanism is very important in all the countries.
But you do not have to worry, for this is our aim.
